IGT is seeking a Game Development Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team with Lighthouse Video Poker. The team develops games across the Video Poker product line, including poker, keno, slots, blackjack, and roulette, and includes producers, artists, and technical artists.

This role combines analytical judgment with creative leadership to guide games developed for gaming markets around the world. You will set direction for the producer team, monitor studio delivery, support a positive working culture, and maintain a strong understanding of the Video Poker market and development process.

What You Will Do:

• Understand the responsibilities of each contributor and how their work connects throughout game development.
• Lead the producer team by setting strategic direction and providing individualized guidance and feedback to each project manager.
• Develop leadership and facilitation skills across the team by helping producers understand the broader studio vision.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the game development process and the features in current projects, and reinforce that knowledge as a priority for the producer team.
• Monitor the studio roadmap, including progress and risks related to budgets and schedules, while keeping game performance in the Video Poker market at the center of delivery decisions.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to support operational decisions and communicate relevant updates to studio leadership, product management partners, and finance.
• Partner with studio managers and individual contributors to maintain a positive team culture.
• Understand the gaming industry context for Video Poker, including player and operator expectations within the broader slot floor.
• Maintain familiarity with the Video Poker game library and explain how Video Poker development differs from other slot game development to employees or customers who are new to the product line.
  
  

Leadership Scope:

The Game Development Manager connects people leadership, studio operations, and product expertise. The role applies each area to help the team make informed decisions and deliver Video Poker products effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Related gaming industry experience.
