Responsibilities
- Work with Studio and Release Management to drive and support development and delivery of high quality games on time through planning and coordinating all aspects of game projects from inception to submission.
- Work with game team to develop and document the overall vision and scope of assigned game details, and regularly provide feedback on gameplay.
- Drive the coordination of the activities and alignment of multi-disciplinary team members to achieve project delivery both internally and externally to studio.
- Facilitate the flow of information among team members on assigned projects.
- Take necessary action to remove project barriers and roadblocks. Develop, track and report on project progress, resource, assets, technical pipelines, schedules, and project metrics.
- Identify and communicate project risks and instigate contingency plans.
- Review the delivered results and the team's performance, and adapt as necessary.
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with cross-functional team members from various international locales, including Eastern Europe, Asia, and the UK.
- Work on multiple projects of high complexity in tandem. May work with external vendors to craft project expectations, develop and execute on budgets, timelines, and develop or refine statements of work.
- May work on any combination of casino games, table games, and Instant Win games at the same time or in succession.
Qualifications
- Has 5+ years of experience in production combined with 3+ years of driving teams to deliver features or products.
- Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record of managing teams for successful production of impactful customer-facing working products and software.
- Solid background in free-to-play gaming and apps.
- Squarely centered around the customer experience and wears multiple hats with ease (Production, Product Management, Project Management).
- Thrives in semi-structured, dynamic and entrepreneurial environments; is a persuasive change agent who leads through influence and inclusion as well as rapid decision-making.
- Passion for delivering business results by shipping great products with a sense of urgency.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $96,561.00 - $101,000.00, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
