Responsibilities
The Manager, Art manages the company's graphic services. In addition, they oversee the preparation of technical illustrations, design procedures, graphics, photography, and other printing.
- Manages the work of graphic illustrators and the use of outside graphic services.
- Reviews bids, arranges purchase orders, and evaluates the quality of vendor service.
- Works with marketing to implement new design and projects.
- Ensures accurate representation of company logo and brand name.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years of work experience; 5 years of related experience is required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $84,851.00 - $125,000.00, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
