A casino slot game is just like your favorite video game, except our loot boxes give you actual money…  in real life.  We use the same techniques and tools as video game companies around the world. So, if you love to play and make games, we’re searching for a talented Engineering Manager based in Moncton who is passionate about creating engaging, data-driven gaming experiences.

What You Will Do:

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving our game production, engineering and tech forward, keeping things on time and on budget. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino slot games developed by our teams. You will work in a regulated industry, so attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and respect for rules are important. If you are energetic, passionate, and experienced, we would love to hear from you.

• Working closely with studio leadership, lead and coordinate casino slot game development.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Engineering and Technical Artists to ensure quality, milestones and commitments are delivered on time.
• Coach, develop and mentor engineers and technical artists to become the best versions of themselves in a culture of accountability, candor and inclusivity.
• Help define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
• Take in feedback on games and work with leadership and the game team to figure out the best road forward.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
• Review documentation for errors and misspellings.
• Work with resources outside of the studio to remove roadblocks and provide the game team with the necessary tools to get the job done.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• BS/BA in Engineering degree or related field.
• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience leading teams and software engineers
• Proven track record delivering quality products on time
• Experienced with Agile, successfully implementing those practices with teams.
• Can demonstrate the sound of one hand clapping
• Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent.
• Strong and proven organizational skills
