Do you love video games and thought ‘hey, I can make that!’ Well, here is your chance! At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. A casino slot game is just like your favorite video game, except our loot boxes give you actual money…  in real life.  We use the same techniques and tools as video game companies around the world. So, if you love to play and make games, we’re searching for a talented Art Manager based in Moncton who is passionate about creating engaging, data-driven gaming experiences. 

What You Will Do:

As an Art Manager, you will lead the art team within a land-based slot studio in Moncton, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content aligned with overall art direction. You will manage people, processes, and output to maintain consistency and excellence in visual execution.

• Lead and manage a team of artists across different disciplines (illustration, UI/UX, animation, etc.)
• Stay informed about industry trends to meet market demand
• Ensure delivery of high-quality visual assets aligned with defined art direction
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production to deliver engaging player experiences
• Coordinate with Art Director on planning and prioritizing art tasks in line with project goals and timelines
• Mentor and develop team members while maintaining strong team performance
• Ensure alignment with global art standards, tools, and pipelines
• Review documents for errors and misspellings.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in gaming or digital art roles, with leadership experience
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine-2D animation)
• Experience in slot gaming and understanding of visual trends in the market
• Strong artistic judgment and understanding of UI/UX, animation and game presentation
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high-quality assets
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with outsourcing pipelines and external management
• Can make the sound of one hand clapping

What We’d Love to See:

• Experience with Casino Slot Games. 
• Knowledge of 3D animation (Unity)
