Job Title: Account Executive III
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Western Canada. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, long-term account planning, and trusted customer relationships while serving as a commercial and product expert for your customers.
You will serve as the primary relationship owner and escalation point for assigned accounts, partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that support customer and business objectives. You will develop and execute account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, and identify opportunities for new business, expansion, and cross-selling.
This role has a direct impact on revenue performance, customer retention, and long-term growth across the assigned customer portfolio. Regular travel within Canada, as well as occasional travel to the United States or other locations, will be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience
- 8+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, finance, and product functions
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, including pricing, renewals, and contract terms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to independently navigate complex commercial, contractual, and customer relationship challenges
- Ability to identify new business, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States to support customer engagement
- Ability to obtain gaming licenses as required by jurisdiction
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- 8+ years of gaming industry experience preferred
