Overview

This Position is responsible to maintain IGT Lottery, Video, and sports betting 3rd Party maintenance contracts. Plays a role in ensuring Maintenance compliance, Vendor Communications and Contractual requirements. The position also requires maintaining maintenance agreement data, HW/SW/Infrastructure records in the systems, ensure data accuracy. Also provide reporting using salesforce, Tableau, excel and other tools.

Responsibilities

Run upcoming maintenance expiries for up to 120 days in advance and plan the renewal activities.

Work with sites and infrastructure team to initiate approvals needed.
Obtain Vendor Quotes as directed by business.
Create SAP documents as needed.
Maintain 3rd Party Maintenance Agreements data’s via IGT’s Salesforce.com CRM
Process maintenance Purchase Orders in SAP
Monitor IGT Maintenance inbox, as liaison between cross functional Internal customers
Learn reporting and auditing processes and provide backup.
Learn to analyze key performance metrics to drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and accuracy of data collection.
Learn to Build out and manage renewal dashboards and forecast pipeline reports and other reports across business functions as assigned.
Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of operational activities

Qualifications

IGT Products and process experience
A college degree in any major or appropriate work experience
Previous CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in SAP Transactions and volume data entry.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills
Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
Proficient in Excel, Tableau and SAP

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $54,500 - $105,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
