Responsibilities

Manage daily emails related to poker billing inquires and maintenance of SAP billing plans
Review daily Video Poker activities to ensure completeness and accuracy
Assist in review and audit of IGT owned airport machine activity
Prepare journal entries, customer royalty statements, reconciliations and reporting
Support Accounting month end close process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with SOX Internal Controls
Support cash application and help assist with unapplied cash by working closely with the collection team

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP or other Financial General Ledger software a plus
Analytical, well-organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and desire to learn
