Overview
Summary:
This is a senior sales position that drives strategic business development and large deals opportunities. The Systems Account Manager role does not have any direct reports and reports to the Regional Director for Systems Sales.
The position is focused on longer term business development objectives and large deals with an extended, multi-year sales cycle.
Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Takes the lead role in generating interest in IGT Casino Management System (CMS) solutions for accounts that are not currently an IGT Systems customer
- Is responsible for creating an annual Strategic account acquisition plan and strategy
- Takes the lead role in promoting and selling IGT CMS solutions for large (generally $1M or greater net revenue) opportunities for both accounts that are not currently an IGT Systems customer (primary focus) and accounts that have one or more existing IGT CMS solutions (secondary focus)
- Is responsible for creating an annual displacement account plan and strategy
- Is responsible for creating an annual large deal account plan and strategy
- Works with multiple internal stakeholders to create complex financial “bundle” offers, which combine games and systems products
COMMUNICATIONS/INTERACTIONS:
- Communicates with internal cross-functional Stakeholders at all levels
- Works closely with regional Games Account Managers
- Communicate with prospective customer decision makers, primarily at C-level; but will also communicate as needed to VP, Director and other levels as needed
- Negotiates sales terms; provides guidance during the customer contract process
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years industry sales experience (ex: via Games sales account manager role)
- Has an understanding of the CMS marketplace (business and financial, competition, macro and micro trends)
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- B.S., B.A.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; an ability to take complex technical information and convert it into a summarization of key selling points
- Possess excellent organizational skills and proven ability to deliver on complex, multi-year initiatives.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
- Travel as required to meet business objectives, travel up to 50% - 75% during certain time periods of the sales cycle
- Support of a broad geographic area including Caribbean (international travel)
- Able to pack and carry sales collateral material (up to 20 pounds)
- Able to stand during presentations for extended periods of time (4 – 6 hours)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989-$200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
