Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC (NSNJ) is the lottery growth management services provider selected by the New Jersey Lottery to supply game design, sales, marketing, and various other services under a 15-year contract extending through June 2029. This individual is a member of an efficient customer service group supporting field representative, retailers, and players.  This team is supportive of all sales program initiatives.


•    Field Sales Staff Support – including corporate and independent retailer teams, by assisting personnel with retailer related inquiries and requests
•    Retailer recruitment liaison – Work with Business Development team to process new retailer applications
•    Report on application status for Change of Ownership Requests
•    License renewal processing and tracking
•    Filter, dispatch, and resolve all customer service calls and email inquiries
•    Track and report on new retailer installs and removals
•    Process and report on Retailer Status Change Requests
•    Lottery Vending Machine Placement processing and reporting



•    Minimum of four years sales or marketing work experience
•    Customer Service phone center skills
•    Excellent time management and organizational skills
•    Precise and detail-oriented mindset in areas of sales reporting
•    Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions
•    Proficiency with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
•    Proficiency with Adobe
•    Conversational Spanish communication skills a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,440 - $75,254. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
