Overview

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Compensation Manager to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll help shape and execute compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization. You'll partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and senior leadership to provide compensation expertise, market insights, and data-driven recommendations that support business objectives.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compensation professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing key talent decisions, and gaining visibility across all areas of the business. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to broad-based compensation programs, sales incentive plans, and select executive compensation initiatives while helping drive the organization's overall compensation strategy.

What You'll Do

 

• Lead compensation analysis, job evaluations, and market pricing activities to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
• Participate in salary surveys, benchmarking studies, and labor market research to support compensation strategy and decision-making.
• Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and sales incentive plans.
• Partner with leaders and HR teams to ensure compensation practices align with business needs, market trends, and company philosophy.
• Manage salary structures, job families, pay grades, and compensation data while maintaining internal equity and compliance.
• Review and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and applicable FLSA standards.
• Develop reporting, workforce analytics, and compensation models that provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Support executive compensation initiatives, including equity programs and compensation-related activities for senior leadership.
• Evaluate compensation systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and user experience.
• Lead and support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

 

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong expertise in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial or compensation models.
• Experience working within HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience administering salary structures, compensation programs, and incentive plans.
• Working knowledge of compensation regulations, including FLSA requirements and job classification practices.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain compensation concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
• Prior people leadership experience is preferred but not required.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $106,290 – $174,855 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
