At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in our PlayDigital Poland studio.

What You Will Do

As Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead the engineering team within a PlayDigital studio in Poland, ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality game features and systems. You will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership to drive execution and continuous improvement.
-    Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for game development
-    Oversee technical execution and ensure high-quality code and architecture standards
-    Collaborate with production, design, and art to deliver cohesive game experiences
-    Drive planning, estimation, and delivery across multiple development initiatives
-    Support team growth through mentoring, feedback, and performance management
-    Ensure alignment with central engineering standards and platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in the gaming industry in engineering roles, with leadership experience
  • Experience in iGaming and understanding of industry trends
  • Strong technical background (ideally game development focused)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
