At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for talented Game Mathematicians based in Warsaw who are passionate about crafting the mathematical engines behind seamless and engaging player experiences.

What You Will Do
As a Game Mathematician, you’ll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving to design the mathematical foundations that power engaging, fair, and innovative casino-style games. Your expertise will ensure that every title delivers seamless gameplay and compelling experiences for millions of players worldwide.
- Create game math for original titles and adapt highly rated IGT land-based games into captivating online experiences.
- Develop and maintain detailed mathematical documentation, including models, game logic, PAR sheets, and customer-facing materials.
- Test and validate mathematical outcomes using MS Excel, programming, and proprietary tools to guarantee accuracy and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., game design, mathematics, statistics, or computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience with MS Excel, creating and adapting large and complex spreadsheets.
- Basic programming knowledge and aptitude for learning advanced programing techniques using C++, C#, or similar language, for simulating game logic.
