Role Overview

The Incident Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, compliance, and operational excellence of the GAP platform. This role oversees incident response, maintains regulatory alignment, manages audits, and supports the NOC team with up-to-date processes, procedures, and training. Additionally, the role includes administrative coordination to support smooth day-to-day GAP operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and resolve GAP platform incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to assess impact, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain complete incident and audit documentation, conduct post-incident reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the incident lifecycle.
  • Plan, support, and document internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Review regulatory requirements periodically and recommend updates to operational procedures, SOPs, and work instructions to maintain compliance and reduce risk.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to NOC staff to strengthen competency, consistency, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee governance-related administrative tasks, including record keeping, dashboards, reporting, planning, and coordination for GAP operations.

About You

  • Experience in incident management, operations, or technical support environments.
  • Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Atlassian tools

What We'd Prefer

  • Prior experience working with NOC teams or 24/7 operational environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, regulatory bodies, internal corporate guidelines).
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools, monitoring systems, and incident management platforms.
