Role Overview
🌍 Hiring locations: Romania or Serbia

💻 Work setup: Hybrid, connected to the local office in the respective country (Timisoara or Belgrade)
IGT PlayDigital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the creation of world-class digital casino games. In this role, you’ll work closely with Producers and cross-functional teams to help manage the development of slot and table games for a global audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in game production while contributing to exciting, high-quality projects in a regulated industry.
What You'll Do
• Assist Producers in managing the day-to-day operations of game development projects.
• Help coordinate project timelines, documentation, and communication across teams.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, scope, and milestone tracking. Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Track project progress and help prepare status reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Help identify and communicate risks or blockers to the Producer.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
About You
• 1–3 years of experience in a production, project coordination, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment.
What We'd Prefer
• Experience in game development or digital entertainment.
• Interest in working with international teams across time zones.
• Understanding of localization and internationalization best practices.
