Role Overview

PlayDigital is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our digital slot machine games and related products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product information such as user guides, online help systems, and technical specifications is accurate, clear, and accessible.

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Create and refine player-facing documentation, including user guides, online help, and product specifications for marketing and operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation by aligning with product updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, producers, mathematicians, QA, compliance, and other stakeholders to capture new features and procedures.
  • Review and enhance existing materials to improve clarity, completeness, and user experience.
  • Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases to support effective cross-team communication and collaboration.
  • Independently manage multiple documentation projects, conducting expert interviews and delivering high quality outputs across global teams and time zones.

 

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MadCap Flare, Git, HTML, CSS, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset.

What We'd Prefer

  • Skilled in research-driven, process-oriented writing, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply complex information.
  • Experience in gaming or gambling industries is a plus, along with a strong foundation in math and critical thinking.
  • Familiar with content management systems and documentation tools, with sound decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
