Overview
Join IGT as a Technician Field Services and play a critical role in supporting our casino customers by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting gaming equipment and systems. In this customer-facing role, you'll work independently to diagnose technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure our products operate at peak performance. Primary coverage in Deadwood and Rapid City, South Dakota, with occasional travel to North Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana as business needs require.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming equipment, hardware, software, and system components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Install new equipment and conduct site surveys for customer locations.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required service documentation.
- Support teammates and assist with additional field service activities as needed.
- Travel to customer sites to perform installations, maintenance, and technical support.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical education preferred.
- 2+ years of technical field service or customer-facing technician experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills involving hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively between customer locations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving gaming equipment using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call support as business needs require.

For this role, the starting compensation range is $49,320 - $67,815 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
