Position Overview

Experienced and highly independent SAP Analyst responsible for executing activities related to detailed requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, code implementation, testing, end-user training, maintenance of Variant Configuration models, pricing, and day-to-day support for IGT products. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure effective and scalable SAP solutions.

Responsabilities

  • Create and maintain multiple semi-complex product models within the SAP Variant Configurator to ensure accurate and efficient generation of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Contribute to projects focused on developing robust, scalable solutions that meet current business needs while anticipating future enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated, high-risk, and semi-complex Variant Configuration (VC) issues.
  • Support SAP pricing record maintenance and assist Strategic Pricing teams with sales promotion implementations as needed.
  • Monitor the Help Desk queue and process inbound JIRA tickets, researching and resolving issues as required.
  • Support license maintenance and provide occasional troubleshooting assistance when needed.
  • Perform VC table loads as assigned.
  • Create documentation and cross-train team members to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
  • Monitor monthly domestic and international theme releases and validate the accuracy of new theme loads.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive system and operational enhancements.
  • Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities and VC-related activities supporting operational and software system initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must have 5+ years of related work experience in SAP VC modeling and SAP or college course work in business processes/systems.
  • Must have a good understanding of SAP software and especially the order to cash processes, in general.
  • Good understanding of Standard Pricing, VC Pricing
  • Ability to ALE for data transfers to different SAP clients
  • Excellent communication skills required including in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills with detail-oriented mindset capable of maintaining high level of accuracy working with large data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple work requirements, considering priorities to meet potentially high-pressure deadlines
  • Self-motivated to find and implement process improvements
  • Demonstrates friendly attitude and responsive customer service to all internal customers.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work up to 100% in office, full time, upon request
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a good understanding of IGT products/Gaming business, processes, and workflows.
