Overview
We're seeking a motivated and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. You'll oversee a team of logistics professionals, monitor performance metrics, support inventory and receiving operations, and help ensure the department meets safety, quality, and productivity goals.
As a key member of the logistics leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the success of a growing organization.
What You'll Do
• Supervise and support a team of 7 direct reports within a logistics department of approximately 60 employees
• Create, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure department performance
• Monitor daily logistics, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Process and manage employee timecards through ADP
• Coach, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing performance feedback
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Support staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation
• Review operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer requirements
• Assist with implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
• Support overtime and occasional weekend operations as business needs require
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a logistics, warehouse, receiving, inventory, or distribution environment
• Experience managing employee performance and supporting daily operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with warehouse management systems or SAP
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations
• APICS certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, or other continuous improvement training
• Experience creating and managing performance metrics and reporting dashboards

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $57,380 - $94,400 USD with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
