Strategic Planning & Business Leadership
- Partner with studio leadership to define resource strategies, annual operating plans, budgets, and roadmap priorities.

- Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting that provide clear insight into progress, risks, resource utilization, and business performance.
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and operational expertise.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to studio leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across development, product management, commercial, and support organizations.
- Lead escalation management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication for critical initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships across global teams and functions to achieve enterprise objectives.
