We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to join our manufacturing operations team. This role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and excels at coordinating people, materials, and processes to keep production moving efficiently. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations, material flow, and team coordination while ensuring production goals are met.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily work assignments and help direct Material Handlers to support operational priorities.
• Support the flow of materials throughout the manufacturing and warehouse environment to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Monitor backlog, production status, and material movement using SAP and other operational systems.
• Respond to emails and delivery-related inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Track and expedite issue resolution through established reporting and tracking systems.
• Compile and communicate performance metrics and status updates to leadership.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and cross-training team members on processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support material returns, reconciliation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience working in warehouse environments with exposure to receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, or material handling operations.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to meeting operational expectations.
• Ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to successfully pass a background/security investigation.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $41,410 - $56,935 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
