Responsibilities

The manufacturing operations environment at IGT is fast-paced and often challenging. IGT is currently accepting resumes for the role of IGT Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator is a front-line position, reporting to the area Supervisor. This position supports the resolution of issues related to the logistics of material movement, and production flow through collaboration with numerous cross-functional departments.
- Data entry, inventory management, scheduling service, record maintenance and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases, as well as special projects assigned, filing, typing, copying and other clerical duties.
- Perform administrative and related data entry activities in support of Premium Product operations.
- Order administration includes creating stock transfer and delivery documents, receipt of game and equipment into stock, enter and validate installation and warranty documentation and track sale orders.
- Sign administration including, processing sign installation and removal transactions in SAP, process tracking sign movements, process material scrap reports, track sign rework and refurbish and maintain the sign database.
- Service processes include, creating service cases for service calls, files and track service tickets and order management.
- Scheduling service activities with customers and ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Revenue process includes verifying serial numbers, administering gaming transfer documentation, update SAP on machine installations and conversions, software and other serialized or peripheral equipment.
- Part administrative process include adding/ordering new parts, research parts approvals, create sales orders for parts and create stock transport orders for parts.
- Inventory processes include processing parts receipt and shipments, administering cycle counts in the warehouse and vans, analyze parts usage and stocking/reordering and conducting monthly finished goods inventory audits.
- Detect problems, troubleshoot issues and follows directions to resolve process issues.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.
- Must place a high priority on attendance and punctuality.
- Must have experience with most MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with Issue Tracking Software/database and Enterprise Resource Systems (e.g. SAP) are preferred.
- Ability to critically think about and analyze issues for resolution and articulate ideas to ensure clear understanding.
- Ability to create, foster and maintain positive working relationships and exhibit patience and understanding. Must exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to communicate clearly in oral, written and electronic formats with all levels of employees.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and exhibit professionalism in the face of adversity.
- Self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass a security investigation.

For this role, the starting compensation is 20/hr, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
