What You Will Do

As a Game Producer you will help us create our casino games for a global audience by managing production. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by our teams.

  • Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
  • Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
  • Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 1-3 years managing casino games or technical projects with 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Associates degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering quality products on time; familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
  • Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $90,000– $110,000 annually USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 
  
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
