Overview

 

IGT is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing financing and reconciliation operations supporting customers, casinos, and lotteries, while also driving reporting, analytics, and process modernization initiatives across the business.

What You'll Do

 

  • Oversee financing and reconciliation functions supporting customers, casinos, and lottery operations
  • Lead reporting and analytics initiatives, including development and delivery of customer-facing and leadership KPIs
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to modernize, scale, and optimize workflows through technology and data solutions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define business needs and implement operational and technical solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence
  • Provide both people leadership and technical guidance to a team of professionals
  • Support and mentor direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners, leadership teams, and customers to ensure successful project execution and service delivery
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and support long-term organizational growth

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years of related experience in analytics, operations, professional services, finance, payments, or technology-driven environments
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence/reporting tools
  • Exposure to data environments, pipelines, and coding concepts
  • Basic understanding of payment flows and financial operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on and engaged in day-to-day operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on scalability and optimization

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $122,240k- $201,080k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
