Role Overview
The Production Planer III will be in charge of correct and timely processing of machine worksheets, upon receipt of the authorization convert to production order(s) in conformance with requirements and specifications received from both internal and external customers. They will provide correct and adequate inventory and status reports for machine stock or spare parts, quotes and orders. The Production Planner III will provide report to analyze material availability according to production orders, ensure production orders are loaded and arranged in accordance with customer needs.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the production process goes smoothly by making sure all of the appropriate parts are in place and ready to go.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate production of the company’s products
- Report on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Handle production disruptions and productivity problems
- Find ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Create and maintain production schedules, considering lead times, production capacities and resource constraints
- Provide assistance on other departmental tasks whenever required.
- Closely liaise with the staff of the logistics department and production team to establish an efficient order control and effective customer service process.
About You
Excellent communication skills are required
Fluent written and spoken English is required
3+ years of demonstrable experience in the production planning and scheduling field.
Good working knowledge of MS office and SAP tools is required
Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of production forecasting, capacity planning, and production cost control.
Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level, in order to establish and maintain an efficient and broad logistics workforce.
Propose and implement possible machine process improvements in order to increase efficiency and services.
