Responsibilities

The Scheduler will:

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Team Scheduler, Sales Support, Resource Managers and PM's to ensure all projects are staffed through skills level and resources are appropriately licensed
  • Anticipate licensing needs for upcoming projects
  • Provide training for new functionality with Operational tools
  • Ensure projects are properly base lined
  • Monitor utilization/allocation metrics
  • Work with Resource Managers to plan training
  • Manage Change Request process for Resource requests
  • Provide Management a Portfolio Management view into strategic scheduling
  • Manage Resource Skills database and support skill leveling with scheduling
  • Assist with Regional Reporting as needed
  • Help alleviate churn of rescheduling and find ways to improve tactical scheduling.

  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with training and creating documentation
  • Must be able to pass a security investigation
  • Ability to Travel
  • Able to obtain a Gaming License

  • Knowledge working in Clarity PPM
  • Experience navigating through large organizational processes and competing interdepartmental goals
