Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support our gaming and loyalty equipment at Winstar Casino and surrounding locations. In this role, you’ll be the face of service—troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing equipment while delivering a strong customer experience. You’ll primarily be based at Winstar, with occasional travel within a 40-mile radius (Gainesville, TX to Ardmore, OK).

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
  • Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
  • Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
  • Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
  • 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
