Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south-central Oklahoma. This is a field-based role where you’ll primarily work out of Riverwind Casino while also traveling within your assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
- Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
- Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
- Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
