Responsibilities

  • Provides customer product demonstrations in collaboration with internal sales teams, focusing on product capabilities and dependencies, integration, and installation timelines.
  • Responsible for assessing customer requirements, ensuring products align with prospective customer expectations and needs.
  • Advises internal sales teams on product updates and valuable features to showcase.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth integration and installation of customer contracted products; ensures contract and technical requirements are in alignment.
  • Counsels customers in identifying how offered products can fit into their current ecosystem.
  • Collaborates with internal teams translating customer feedback into product insights and enhancements.
  • Serves as the technical point of contact with customer prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Responsible for maintaining technical expertise on product functionality and practical applications of product offerings; participates in product test and release builds and provides feedback for designated channels.
  • Serves as liaison between internal teams and customers throughout the installation process; supports implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs.
  • Collaborates with internal teams in creating configuration tools.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Software Development, a technical or science related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 2-5 years of experience designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of the product pipeline, software tools, and processes surrounding it.
  • Demonstrated proficient verbal, presentation, and written language skills including ability to present technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of product offerings and platforms.
  • Experience in a customer facing role; blend of technical savvy and sales/business acumen.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $70,000-  $75,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 
  
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
