Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator - Parts to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order-to-cash process, including customer quotations, sales order processing, shipment coordination, invoicing, and customer support.
The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and operational excellence are top priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Process and respond to customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and delivery requests.
- Manage customer orders from quotation through delivery while ensuring agreed timelines are met.
- Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, including tracking, tracing, and follow-up activities.
- Provide customers with shipment updates and delivery information.
- Monitor backorders and work with procurement teams when inventory replenishment is required.
- Generate freight quotations as needed.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records and correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technical Services teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and create debit memos when required.
- Support additional departmental projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of shipment coordination and freight forwarding processes is preferred.

Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping practices is highly desirable.
- Experience working with ERP systems or order management systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of gaming industry practices is a plus.
