Overview
In this role, you will support the accuracy and efficiency of our HR operations by maintaining employee data, processing employee lifecycle transactions, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. You will work across HR systems and processes to help ensure information is accurate, confidential, and completed on time.

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across HR systems.
- Support daily HR system administration, including data entry, audits, reconciliations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports related to headcount, employee changes, compliance, and other HR metrics.
- Perform regular data validation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, job-change documentation, and compliance records.
- Process onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle transactions accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and retention requirements.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and HR data requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and HR operational workflows.
- Create and maintain job aids, checklists, and process documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR systems and data support.
- Hands-on experience working with an HRIS or employee data system.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and document-preparation skills.
- Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented approach.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience supporting multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and audit support.
- Experience working within a shared-services or operations-focused HR team.
