We are seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial strategy and performance management across Everi/IGT’s comprehensive FinTech and Gaming Solutions ecosystem. This includes payments, cash access, loyalty and marketing platforms, self-service kiosks, AML/compliance solutions, and casino financial systems.

 

This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering directly with senior executives across product, operations, engineering, and sales. You will shape financial direction, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive profitability in a complex, regulated, transaction-driven environment.

 

What You’ll Do

FP&A Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and driving cross-functional alignment

  • Own end-to-end financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and month-end reporting

  • Lead development of line-of-business P&Ls with visibility into customers, products, segments, and geographies

  • Deliver executive-level insights on performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and forward-looking scenarios

  • Lead monthly P&L reviews, clearly communicating variances and actionable recommendations

  • Manage working capital, cash flow, and deal structures to optimize both P&L and balance sheet outcomes

  • Act as finance lead in the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and revenue expectations

  • Own and evolve a dynamic Risks & Opportunities (R&O) framework with scenario modeling and executive-ready narratives

Product & Commercial Finance Partnership

  • Provide financial leadership for product roadmap decisions, resource allocation, and business case development

  • Evaluate investments through scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI modeling

  • Partner with Pricing & Monetization on pricing strategy, renewals, bundling, and revenue optimization

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure cost structures scale effectively with growth

  • Identify and address revenue leakage, margin erosion, and operational inefficiencies

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting, with a focus on automation

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team

What You Bring

 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)

  • Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis

  • Deep understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)

  • Experience managing P&Ls, working capital, and balance sheet considerations (capitalization, impairments)

  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex financial insights clearly

  • Track record of building teams, developing talent, and improving processes

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in SAP, BPC/Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $147,000 to $182,00 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
