Responsibilities
The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition manages the staffing/employment function and activities.
- Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
- Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
- Develops and administers talent management efforts and employee referral programs.
- Manages contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters; retained and contingent, job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.
- Manages the resume tracking system.
- Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
- May serve as or oversee website content expert for Staffing & Recruitment.
- May maintain manpower planning system and provide guidance to management on employment matters and/or affirmative action plans, as applicable.
- Submits reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to Human Resources staff and/or senior management, as appropriate.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 15 years of related experience is required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $199,800 – $257,400 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities. IGT also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include a 401(k) savings plan with company contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other wellness programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
