Overview
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about regulatory compliance? As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst II, you'll play a vital role in supporting IGT's global licensing and regulatory compliance efforts. In this position, you'll manage gaming license applications, maintain regulatory records, communicate with gaming authorities, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. What You'll Do
- Prepare and process individual, occupational, and corporate gaming license applications.
- Manage licensing portfolios, renewal dates, and regulatory priorities for assigned jurisdictions.
- Compile and submit required regulatory filings, including monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for gaming regulators, company employees, and key stakeholders regarding licensing matters.
- Monitor licensing cases, maintain accurate records, and update internal regulatory licensing systems.
- Analyze licensing requirements and ensure ongoing compliance across assigned jurisdictions.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve licensing and regulatory compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Identify licensing concerns, escalate issues when appropriate, and support confidential projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance operations.
- Support and maintain license tracking systems while ensuring the accuracy of regulatory data.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of gaming or regulatory compliance experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Strong understanding of licensing processes, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Experience working with gaming regulators is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically on occasion as business needs require.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $57,380 - $94,400 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
