Overview
As an Order Fulfillment Representative I, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need accurately and on time. You'll manage the order fulfillment process from quote to shipment, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and help maintain a seamless flow of inventory and customer communication. What You'll Do
- Process customer part orders, quotes, and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and manage open orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolution of backorders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure orders move through the fulfillment process smoothly.
- Verify vendor availability and delivery timelines while communicating updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and receipts.
- Maintain accurate documentation by filing and attaching order-related paperwork within company systems.
- Monitor inventory and parts requirements to help maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email by answering questions, resolving issues, and following up on open requests.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed and ensure orders are accurately closed at the end of each business day.
- Participate in inventory activities, including year-end inventory support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, manufacturing support, or a related environment.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with order management, ERP, forecasting, or inventory systems is preferred.
- Manufacturing or gaming industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $38,390 - $53,750 USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
