Responsibilities
Join IGT’s Las Vegas Scheduling Team as a Logistics Coordinator III and become a key driver of customer success, delivery execution, and operational excellence. In this highly visible role, you will coordinate product deliveries, manage scheduling activity, support KPI performance, and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal partners and external customers. As a Logistics Coordinator III, you will play an integral part in coordinating installation, removal and conversion of Electronic Gaming Machines.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating delivery of products based on customer-requested delivery dates.
- Monitoring product delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, optimizing customer satisfaction.
- Serving as the first point of contact for coordinating all scheduled activities.
- Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IGT’s goals with customer objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal logistics standards.
- Perform additional tasks or projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of scheduling or logistics experience.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing transportation and distribution processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of gaming industry logistics, including order management systems and workflow coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP tools and CRM applications, with SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr – $26/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
