We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing FinTech finance team supporting Everi/IGT’s dynamic portfolio of payments, cash access, and casino technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and gaming operations—delivering insights that directly influence strategic decisions across a highly regulated, transaction-driven environment.

Responsibilities
As a key contributor, you will:

Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis, KPI tracking, and variance explanations across all FinTech product lines

Deliver operational insights through weekly/monthly reporting on:

ATM & cash advance volumes

Check warranty activity
-
Payment processing revenue
-
Kiosk utilization
-
Loyalty program engagement

Build and enhance financial models for pricing, margin analysis, revenue share agreements, and new product evaluations

Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, incorporating transaction trends, deployment strategies, and property-level performance

Analyze transaction-level data to uncover trends in:

Cash-to-floor activity
-
Payment mix shifts
-
Kiosk throughput
-
Loyalty redemption behavior
-
Regulatory impacts
-

Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to evaluate contracts, pricing structures, and ROI for new installations and upgrades

Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis across payments, cash access, and kiosk networks

Help evolve forecasting methodologies and contribute to process improvements (with potential leadership responsibilities)
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

5–8 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, gaming, or other transaction-based industries

Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple product lines

Knowledge of ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition)

Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers in service and transaction-based businesses

Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Navision, JET, Power BI, or Tableau

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $103,600 to $144,600 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
