This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at cross-functional collaboration and brings a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments. You will work closely with senior leadership and have visibility into enterprise-level decision-making.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will act as a senior internal advisor and operator, working closely with business leaders, Finance, People & Culture, and executive leadership to ensure initiatives are well-defined, rigorously tracked, and translated into measurable financial outcomes. You will also lead the transition of key transformation capabilities from external partners to an internal, scalable operating model.

This role is ideal for a seasoned transformation leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, brings strong analytical judgment, and is comfortable owning systems, processes, and enterprise-wide outcomes.

  • Serve as the primary owner of transformation operating systems and tools (e.g., Shibumi), including hierarchy design, logic, QA standards, and steady-state processes.
  • Lead the transition of transformation operations from external consultants to internal ownership, ensuring continuity, quality, and institutional knowledge retention.
  • Partner with Super Pillar leads (Sales, G&A, Technology, Product & Studios, Manufacturing, etc.) to pressure-test initiatives, clarify trade-offs, and resolve execution risks.
  • Ensure savings and value initiatives are translated cleanly and credibly into financial outcomes, in close partnership with Finance and People & Culture.
  • Support preparation of executive- and sponsor-level materials, including SteerCo content, value narratives, and decision-ready insights.Identify risks, slippage, and gaps to target early, and drive timely escalation and course correction.
  • Build and refine playbooks, standards, and reusable frameworks to scale transformation capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performance, disciplined transformation culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in leading complex, cross-functional transformation or value creation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Prior experience with transformation, consulting, or PE-backed environments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize imperfect data, and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
  • Deep analytical skills, business case validation, and translating operational actions into P&L impact.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.

Keys to Success

  • Ability to drive rigor
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Bias toward outcomes, accountability, and measurable results
  • Personal resilience and energy in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
  • Strong self-leadership and ownership mindset
