Overview
We are seeking a Director of Regulatory Compliance to lead and oversee our U.S. compliance program within a highly regulated gaming environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, managing licensing activities, and serving as a key liaison with regulatory agencies. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will play a critical role in shaping compliance strategy, supporting business growth, and leading a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the regulatory compliance function, including licensing, reporting, and audit readiness
- Oversee all gaming license applications, renewals, and regulatory filings across the organization and its affiliates
- Manage and enhance the Company’s Gaming Compliance and Reporting Plan, ensuring adherence to requirements set by regulatory bodies such as the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, coordinating audits, investigations, and responses to findings
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support new products, markets, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective structure, workload distribution, and career development
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology (including tools like ArdentSky) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory and legislative developments, providing updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee due diligence processes across vendors, employees, and key business activities
- Prepare and deliver compliance reporting to executive leadership and governance committees
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for gaming industry experience
- Proven leadership experience, ideally at the Director level, managing and developing teams in complex environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and compliance reporting requirements
- Experience working directly with regulatory agencies, including audits, hearings, or investigations
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience with compliance systems or databases; familiarity with ArdentSky is a plus
- Background in other highly regulated industries may be considered

At IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range for this role is $130,000–$160,000 annually, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
