- Lead enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, establishing trusted "golden records" for critical business data.
- Develop training and change management programs that improve data literacy and encourage adoption of governance practices across the organization.
- Stay current on emerging governance technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes, recommending improvements that strengthen the organization's data capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related discipline, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience with leading data governance platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Atlan, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with modern data ecosystems including Databricks or Snowflake.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Build strong partnerships across IT, Legal, Compliance, and business functions to drive alignment and accountability.
- Balance governance with business enablement, creating practical processes that improve data quality without slowing innovation.
- Use metrics and data-driven insights to measure success and continuously improve governance effectiveness.
- Champion data literacy and foster a culture where data is treated as a trusted enterprise asset.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex governance concepts into actionable business outcomes.
