Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and intellectually curious Business Operations Associate to join the Office of the CEO. Working closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you’ll play an important role in keeping executive priorities organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
This is a dynamic role that blends business operations, executive support, project coordination, and strategic execution. You’ll work across a wide range of priorities—from preparing executive meetings and presentations to coordinating cross-functional initiatives, building dashboards, improving processes, and using AI and automation to make work more efficient.
This opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and working in a fast-moving environment. You’ll gain broad exposure to executive leadership, enterprise operations, and the way strategic priorities translate into business results.
What You'll Do
- Support executive operations, including calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, and day-to-day priorities.
- Prepare polished presentations, briefing materials, executive communications, and business updates.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, materials, follow-up actions, and key deliverables.
- Help coordinate planning and execution across multiple strategic priorities and workstreams.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, and operating tools that improve visibility and accountability.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Research business topics, analyze information, and translate findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and create more scalable, efficient ways of working.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve workflows, reporting, presentations, and communications.
- Take ownership of special projects and step in wherever additional support or capacity is needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, executive support, consulting, project management, communications, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished executive-level materials and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify complex information and develop clear recommendations.
- Digital fluency across Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Keys to Success
- Anticipate needs and proactively address problems before they become obstacles.
- Bring structure and organization to complex or ambiguous situations.
- Move comfortably between detailed operational work and broader strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership, follow through, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Are resourceful and enjoy figuring out practical solutions to new challenges.
- Look for opportunities to make work simpler, faster, and more effective through technology, AI, and automation.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with the right level of detail for the audience.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity and discretion.
- Create leverage for leaders by removing obstacles, maintaining accountability, and keeping important priorities moving forward.
