Responsibilities
Our team is growing and we are seeking a seasoned JavaScript Developer to join our team to build triple-A quality casino games. We're building authentic IGT games to be played online in a non-gambling, virtual currency casino. If you are passionate about joining an awesome team to build top quality casino games, we want to talk with you!
Qualifications
- 8+ years of development experience
- Computer Science Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, FP, Components and Design Patterns for Games and Web Applications
- Portfolio of published games
- Proficiency in JavaScript or any FP language
- Proficiency in at least one OOP language like Java, C++, C#, AS3
Preferred:
- Familiarity with current generation frameworks (Unity, Unreal Editor, PhaserJS)
- Familiarity with Google Closure and LimeJS
- Solid Experience with DVCS
- Solid Experience in TDD / BDD methodologies
- Must be able to pass a security investigation

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
