Overview
IGT is seeking a Senior Process Specialist to support People & Culture (P&C) shared services operations through advanced transaction processing, quality governance, process expertise, and operational improvement. This role serves as a subject matter expert for assigned HR operational processes and supports global service delivery by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across shared services activities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned HR operational processes and transaction domains.
- Process and oversee complex HR transactions within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service standards.
- Provide guidance and support on complex or exception-based transactions.
- Act as an escalation point for transaction-related issues and process questions.
- Lead quality reviews, audits, and validation activities to ensure compliance with established data and process standards.
- Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor process performance and support initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and service outcomes.
- Identify risks and process control gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within assigned operational areas.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Partner with HRIS and Employee Services teams to support process enhancements, automation initiatives, and workflow improvements.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement efforts across global shared services operations.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge management resources.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Process Associates and other team members.
- Utilize SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and related technologies to support service delivery.
- Support operational reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or transactional processing environments.
- Strong experience with HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert for operational processes.
- Experience conducting quality reviews, audits, and process analysis.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting high-volume, service-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel.
