Overview

IGT is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through advanced configuration, system analysis, and process optimization. This role is responsible for leading technical configuration workstreams, managing complex system enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert within assigned HRIS domains, and supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and other supported modules.
  • Support system enhancements, releases, and optimization initiatives by gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and coordinating implementation activities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system recommendations and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot complex system, process, and data issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through audits, data validation, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution.
  • Support testing activities for system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and releases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Partner with Information Technology, vendors, and stakeholders to support system integrations, enhancements, and operational projects.
  • Support security administration, workflow troubleshooting, and employee data management activities.
  • Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements, automation, and system optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and familiarity with additional modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Succession.
  • Experience supporting HR technology enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, security, and system administration processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system or data issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Experience with data validation, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
