Overview
IGT is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through configuration, data management, system support, and process execution activities. This role is responsible for performing system updates, supporting end users, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with HRIS enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
The HRIS Analyst works collaboratively with HRIS team members, IT, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day HR system operations while developing expertise in HR technology platforms and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology solutions.
- Process employee data changes and system transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform system audits, data validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support SuccessFactors reporting activities, including Story Reporting, standard reports, and data validation efforts.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot HR system issues, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist with testing activities for system enhancements, releases, integrations, and upgrades, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support system integrations, security administration, role-based permissions, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, and knowledge base content.
- Partner with HRIS team members, IT, and business stakeholders to support system enhancements, process improvements, and operational projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, self-service capabilities, and system optimization.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and familiarity with additional modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Succession preferred.
- Experience supporting system configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, and data management activities.
- Experience performing testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR systems.
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and audit processes.
- Experience working with HR system reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Ability to analyze system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Information Technology teams and business stakeholders preferred.
