Overview
Responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and its interactions with the casinos, IEB agents and the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to ensure continuous system up-time and the highest level of operations efficiency.
Job Duties:

Ensure the Network Operations Center operates continuously and efficiently.

Coordinate and schedule computer operators’ shifts and work assignments.

Provide direct support to computer operators as needed.

Evaluate operator performance on a daily, annual, and as-needed basis.

Troubleshoot issues with operators, systems, networks, and database administrators.

Assist in revising and developing system controls, policies, and procedures.

Recommend updates to systems, policies, or procedures to management.

Monitor data quality assurance and security.

Assist in training and evaluating new computer operators.

Track, monitor, and manage casino slot machine change requests to ensure accuracy.

Conduct annual operator reviews and recommend promotions when appropriate.

Fill in for computer operators as needed.

Maintain inventory and order supplies when required.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years technical or supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
-
Working knowledge of casino gaming operations, including slot machines and network management.

Technical proficiency with operating system utilities used to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to motivate employees and inspire high performance.

Effective at delegating tasks and following up to ensure accountability.
