At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for talentedTechnical Artist based in Serbia who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines.

What You Will Do
• Implementation of 3D game art and animation in a Unity game based on specifications
• Produce art assets that are compatible with production pipelines and in line with the creative vision of the game
• Determine the art packages and technical tools best suited for the game project
• Work closely with the Producers, Developers
• Collaborate with other designers, artists, developers, etc. to generate effective design solutions and receive feedback
Must-haves:
• Experience working with Unity
• Experience with VFX / particle systems
• Understanding of sprite implementation (import settings, sprite sheets and atlases)
• Basic experience with Unity Animator and animation states
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Good visual fundamentals (composition, color, readability)
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• English language skills (we work with producers worldwide)
Nice to have:
• Experience using 3D tools (Blender, Maya)
• Experience creating and optimizing shaders
• Experience with art production workflows
• Understanding of animation principles
• Self starter attitude with the ability to work independently
• Portfolio demonstrating basic technical and artistic skills
• A passion for game development

Assessment Process:
Candidates will be required to complete an on-site practical assessment consisting of two parts:
- Unity Technical Artist Assessment – tasks focused on Unity workflows, including sprite implementation and setup, Unity Animator and animation states, UI/Canvas work, shaders, particle systems (VFX), and other common Technical Artist responsibilities.
- Adobe Creative Suite Assessment – practical exercises in Photoshop and After Effects, including applying styles to text and visual elements, preparing layered files for animation, and creating simple motion graphics/animations.
The assessment is designed to evaluate both technical implementation skills and artistic workflow knowledge relevant to the role.
