Role Overview
We are looking for an analytical and proactive Operations Performance & Governance Analyst to join our growing Operations Excellence & Enablement team.
This role will play a key part in helping Operations make data-driven decisions, measure performance, manage strategic objectives, and improve organisational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational reporting, KPI and OKR management, business continuity planning, risk management, and driving follow-through on key improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Performance Management & Analytics
- Own the monthly Operations KPI reporting process.
- Gather, validate and analyse data from multiple systems and teams.
- Identify trends, opportunities and operational risks.
- Create meaningful dashboards, reports and executive presentations.
- Recommend improvements to reporting and data collection practices.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate and track actions arising from KPI reviews and governance forums.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and ensure follow-through.
- Challenge existing processes and recommend more effective ways of measuring performance.
- Business Continuity & Risk Management
- Partner with global business continuity teams.
- Support development and maintenance of business continuity plans.
- Assist with operational risk assessment activities and risk tracking.
- OKR Management
- Coordinate Operations OKR planning and review cycles.
- Track progress against objectives and key results.
- Support leadership in measuring and improving strategic execution.
- Process Measurement
- Work with Jira and JSM design initiatives.
- Define measurable outputs.
- Recommend new data collection requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations leaders, process owners and system owners.
- Support the design of operational processes that produce meaningful and actionable
Qualifications
Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with operational metrics, reporting or business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Experience working in Operations, Technology, Gaming, Financial Services or similar industries.
- Knowledge of OKR frameworks, risk management or business continuity planning.
- Experience supporting operational governance activities.
