What You Will Do

As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•    Utilize internally developed tools to adapt and convert mathematical models for game development. 
•    Modify existing mathematical logic or design new math models to meet specific market and regulatory requirements. 
•    Collaborate closely with Game Designers to fine-tune payout structures and optimize game performance. 
•    Develop Python-based simulations to analyze and validate game mathematics. 
•    Work cross-functionally with Developers and other teams throughout the game development lifecycle. 
•    Prepare comprehensive mathematical documentation for technical approvals, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional standards. 
•    Act as the primary point of contact for all game mathematics–related queries from external testing laboratories.

What We're Looking For

•    Candidates with 0-2Years of Experience.
•    Good knowledge of Python and ability to prove it during our assessment
•    English language written/spoken is needed for communication with studios abroad
•    Mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability is necessary
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Being precise, detailed, and exact
•    Proactive and a team player (cooperating with other teams and having a curious mindset)
•    Solid technical English as well as effective communication skills
