What You Will Do

As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

•    Develop and implement mathematical logic for video poker and keno games using internally built tools and Python. 
•    Utilize programming languages (e.g., C++) and Excel to calculate and validate optimal strategies, payouts, odds, and overall gameplay. 
•    Ensure game compliance with jurisdictional regulations and standards. 
•    Collaborate closely with Game Designers to resolve discrepancies and enhance game functionality. 
•    Act as the primary point of contact for external laboratories on game mathematics queries and requirements. 
•    Build strong knowledge of jurisdictional regulations and their application across poker, keno, and slot products. 
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. 
•    Participate in occasional international travel for training, industry events, and potential US-based training sessions.

What We're Looking For

•    University degree in Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics or a related field
•    Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, Java, or a similar programming language and ability to demonstrate it during our assessment
•    Technical English language skills (written and spoken) is required for communication with studios abroad
•    Mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability is a must
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Being precise, detailed, and accurate
•    Proactive and a team player (cooperating with other teams and having a curious mindset)
•    Good communication skills.
